The Chains That Bind Our Souls Together in the Darkness of Slavery

Poetry Image

In the silence of the night, we hear the echoes
Of dreams once free, now wrapped in sorrow,
The chains that bind, they cut so deep,
Our spirits cry, our hearts they weep.

Beneath the stars, we fight for dawn,
In fields of pain, our hope is born,
With every lash, and every tear,
We hold on tight, to what is dear.

We sing our songs, of freedom’s light,
Against the dark, we rise and fight,
For though we’re bound, our souls are free,
In dreams we soar, eternally.

Together strong, we’ll break these chains,
Through endless nights and pouring rains,
For in our hearts, the fire burns,
A world reborn, as freedom yearns.
