Shadows of Self-Doubt: A Journey Through Hidden Insecurities

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners of the night,
Where shadows whisper secrets low,
There lies a world of hidden fright,
A place where insecurities grow.

Beneath the smile, a mask is worn,
Concealing fears, a silent plea,
In the mirror, reflections torn,
By doubts that no one else can see.

The heart, it beats with heavy weight,
Each thump a reminder of the pain,
Of battles fought against self-hate,
In a mind’s relentless, endless strain.

Yet in the dawn, hope softly gleams,
Through cracks, the light begins to seep,
For even in our darkest dreams,
We find the strength in wounds that weep.
