Shadows of Perception: Layers of Bias and Prejudice

Poetry Image

In the silent whispers of the night,
Echoes of judgment take their flight.
Unseen walls build high and wide,
Dividing hearts with silent pride.
Through eyes clouded by ancient tales,
We paint the world with hues that pale.
Each story told, a heavy chain,
Binding souls in quiet pain.
Yet beneath the surface, truth awaits,
To break the bonds, unlock the gates.
A world of colors, vast and bright,
Yearns to bask in love’s pure light.
Let’s cast aside the cloak of fear,
Embrace the truth, draw all near.
For in our hearts, we hold the key,
To set our spirits truly free.
