Shadows of Inequality and the Silent Struggle of Voices Unheard

Poetry Image

In boardrooms and in silent halls, their voices dimmed to whispers,
A world that turns a deafened ear to dreams that fade and blister.
The glass ceiling holds them down, a barrier cold and stark,
Yet in their hearts, a fire burns, igniting in the dark.

They walk a path of shadowed steps, in shoes worn thin with tears,
Each stride a testament to strength, to courage through the years.
The whispers grow to roaring waves, a tide that cannot break,
For every silent battle fought, a future they remake.

The chains of old will rust away, as voices rise in chorus,
Each note a claim to rightful place, no longer bound by bias.
In unity, a force is born, a movement strong and bold,
To shatter walls of prejudice, to forge a world of gold.

So let us stand with open hearts, with minds unchained and free,
To honor every voice and dream, in true equality.
For in the light of justice’s dawn, no shadow shall remain,
And sexism, a distant past, will never rise again.
