Returning to the Embrace of Home

Poetry Image

In the twilight’s gentle embrace,
I find the path that leads me back,
To where my heart has longed to race,
A place where dreams and memories stack.

The familiar scent of blooming flowers,
The echo of laughter in the breeze,
Reminds me of those cherished hours,
When time had wings and life was ease.

Through fields of gold and rivers clear,
My footsteps trace the routes of old,
Each stone and tree a memory dear,
In this land of warmth, a story untold.

As the sun dips low and shadows fall,
I stand before the door once more,
In the silence, I hear a call,
Home is where my soul will soar.
