My Rights: A Voice Unbound

Poetry Image

I am not wrong: Wrong is not my name
My name is my own, and I am proud
To stand tall in the light of justice
To reclaim the power that is mine

They try to mold me into shadows
To silence the truth I know within
But my rights are not to be denied
My voice will echo through the winds

I have the right to be who I am
To walk my path, to write my story
To rise above the chains they cast
And break free from their false glory

In every breath, in every step
I declare my right to live and dream
For I am a force, unyielding and strong
My rights, my voice, will forever gleam
