Memories of a Bygone Era

Poetry Image

In the twilight of forgotten days,
Where shadows danced in golden haze,
Life whispered secrets through the trees,
And time moved with a gentle breeze.

Old houses stood with stories grand,
Of laughter shared and holding hands,
A world where moments seemed to freeze,
In echoes of the evening’s ease.

The streets once filled with children’s play,
Now silent in their mute display,
Yet whispers of their joy remain,
In every stone, in every lane.

As night falls on this ancient place,
We find in memories, sweet embrace,
The old life lives within our heart,
A timeless treasure, never to part.
