In the Embrace of Indolence: A Journey Through Laziness and Its Silent Whisper

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners where shadows play,
Laziness whispers with a gentle sway.
It calls me to rest, to pause and stay,
In the sweet embrace of a dreamy day.

The world rushes by in a frantic race,
But I find solace in this tranquil space.
No worries, no haste, just a slow-paced grace,
As time drifts softly, leaving no trace.

In this realm, thoughts meander and roam,
In the lazy afternoon, I feel at home.
No need to strive, no urge to roam,
Just the lull of peace, like a soothing poem.

Let the world whirl on, in its endless spree,
I’ll stay here, where I’m meant to be.
In the arms of laziness, content and free,
For in this stillness, I find me.
