In the Echoes of Silence: A Tale of Being Forgotten

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners where shadows reside,
Lies the echo of a name whispered and denied.
Once vibrant and bold, now a fading song,
In the tapestry of time, where memories belong.

The world spins on, indifferent to the plea,
Of voices once loud, now lost to the sea.
Forgotten faces in the crowd of today,
As fleeting as the dawn, soon to fade away.

In the garden of yesterday, petals fall,
Silent witnesses to the stories they recall.
Yet in their descent, they weave a gentle rhyme,
Of moments cherished, now swallowed by time.

But in the heart, a spark remains to ignite,
A reminder of the light that once burned bright.
For being forgotten is not the end’s decree,
But a chapter in the book of eternity.
