In the Depths of Sorrow, Where Shadows Weep

Poetry Image

In the depths of sorrow, where shadows weep,
Lies a heart, broken, in silence it keeps.
Through the night, it cries unseen,
For a love once pure, now just a dream.

Echoes of laughter, now distant and cold,
Memories of warmth, a story untold.
Each tear that falls, a silent plea,
For the pain to cease, to set it free.

Beneath the stars, a soul does roam,
Seeking solace, a place called home.
But the night is long, and the journey steep,
In the depths of sorrow, where shadows weep.

Yet hope glimmers, a faint light so rare,
Through the pain, a strength to bear.
For in the darkest night, stars do shine,
Whispering softly, “In time, you’ll be fine.”
