Grief and Love: A Tale of Two Hearts Entwined

Poetry Image

In the quiet shadow of the night,
Where whispers of sorrow take flight,
Love lingers in the cold embrace,
Of memories time cannot erase.

Gentle tears fall like summer rain,
Each drop a testament to the pain,
Yet in the heart, a flame burns bright,
Love’s eternal, undying light.

Through the fog of grief, we tread,
Holding onto words once said,
Love’s echoes in the silent air,
A reminder that you still care.

Though the world may seem so dark,
In love, we find a lasting spark,
Grief and love, a dance so true,
Forever bound, me and you.
