Good Manners: The Gentle Art of Respect

Poetry Image

In the quiet moments, a smile can say,
More than words could ever portray.
Kindness flows in actions, small and grand,
A gentle touch, a helping hand.

Politeness is a melody, soft and sweet,
A courteous bow when strangers meet.
Words like “please” and “thank you” too,
Build bridges strong and friendships true.

Respect is shown in every deed,
Listening well, fulfilling need.
Empathy in our hearts we find,
Good manners show we’re truly kind.

So let us practice, day by day,
The art of manners, come what may.
For in these gestures, small yet bright,
We spread around a warming light.
