Fractured Bonds: Echoes of a Shattered Home

Poetry Image

In the silence of our home, memories linger,
Shadows of laughter, whispers of care,
Now replaced by emptiness, a cold, hollow echo,
A family once whole, now drifting apart.

Walls that once witnessed our shared joys,
Now stand as silent sentinels of our pain,
Love lost in the cracks of misunderstandings,
Hearts broken, dreams turned to dust.

The table where we gathered, now deserted,
A symbol of the ties that no longer bind,
Faces once familiar, now strangers in the mirror,
The bond of blood, weakened by time.

Yet in the fragments, a glimmer of hope,
That one day, the pieces may find their place,
Healing the wounds, mending the broken,
A family reborn from the ashes of the past.
