February’s Whisper of Winter’s End

Poetry Image

In February’s tender embrace,
The quiet wind begins to sing,
A melody of gentle grace,
As winter loosens its icy cling.

The days grow longer, soft and mild,
Hints of spring in every glance,
Nature, like a dreaming child,
Awakens slowly from its trance.

The snowdrops peek with timid eyes,
Through frosty blankets, white and cold,
They rise beneath the clouded skies,
Bearing tales of seasons old.

With each soft breath of morning light,
The world prepares for spring’s return,
February’s fleeting flight,
Ignites the heart, makes spirits yearn.
