Emily Dickinson: The Silent Bonds of Friendship

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners of her room, she wrote,
Of friendships deep, yet words she never spoke.
A silent bond, invisible, profound,
In letters sent, her loyal heart was found.

The garden bloomed with secrets they would share,
In every petal, trust and care laid bare.
A friendship carved in nature’s gentle hand,
Through seasons’ change, together they would stand.

Though miles apart, their spirits intertwined,
In whispers soft, their souls would always find.
A bond unbroken by the hands of time,
Forever etched in every heartfelt rhyme.

Emily, with her quill, would softly trace,
The contours of her friends in endless grace.
Though words were few, her heart was never shy,
In every verse, their love would never die.
