Embracing the Passage of Time

Poetry Image

With each sunrise, we grow a little older,
Time’s whispers echo in the breeze,
Our stories etched in lines and laughter,
Memories woven in the fabric of years.

The mirror reflects a journey long and winding,
Eyes that have seen joy and sorrow’s dance,
Hearts that have loved and lost and found again,
Souls enriched by each passing chance.

Seasons change, as do we with them,
Autumn leaves fall, yet new buds spring,
Our spirits resilient, ever-adapting,
Embracing the wisdom that age brings.

So let us cherish every fleeting moment,
Celebrate the beauty of the now,
For getting older is a precious blessing,
A testament to the life we’ve lived somehow.
