Embracing New Horizons: Reflections on the Journey of Retirement

Poetry Image

In the gentle hush of morning light,
A chapter closes, yet begins anew,
The clock no longer binds the flight,
Of dreams once paused, now breaking through.

Years of toil, of hopes refined,
Each sunrise held its tender grace,
Now whispers of the past entwined,
In every smile, in every place.

The roads ahead are wide and free,
Unwritten tales await the pen,
With time to breathe, to simply be,
To wander paths unknown till then.

So here’s to days of gentle peace,
To laughter, love, and skies so bright,
May every moment bring release,
In the soft embrace of evening light.
