Echoes of Your Absence

Poetry Image

In the whisper of the wind, I hear your name,
A fleeting memory, a lingering flame.
The nights are cold, the days are long,
Without you here, I feel so wrong.

The stars above, they seem to weep,
For the promises we couldn’t keep.
Each tear a testament to our past,
Echoes of a love that couldn’t last.

The moonlight shadows, they remind me,
Of the moments when we were free.
Dancing in the realm of dreams,
Now torn apart at the seams.

Yet in my heart, you still reside,
A hidden place where you can hide.
Until the day we meet again,
I’ll cherish the moments, through the pain.
