They dreamed of peace, they held the will,
To fight for love, to shield the land,
With valiant hearts and steady hands.

Now echoes linger, their stories told,
In hearts of many, in memories bold,
We honor them, their sacrifice,
Veterans brave, paid freedom’s price.
