Echoes of Silence: The Void Left Behind

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners of my heart,
Your laughter lingers, a distant echo,
A melody that time cannot erase,
Yet your absence fills every space.

The days feel longer, shadows deeper,
Since you’ve gone, the world’s grown colder,
Memories like whispers in the wind,
Remind me of the brother I’ve lost within.

Nights are haunted by dreams of you,
Your smile a fleeting glimpse, so true,
A brother’s bond, now a ghostly trace,
In the canvas of stars, I seek your face.

Though you’re gone, you live in my heart,
A part of me, we’ll never be apart,
In every beat, in every breath,
Your spirit soars, beyond life’s death.
