Dying Young: A Journey Cut Short

Poetry Image

Starlight flickers on the midnight sea,
Youthful dreams, now shadows in the breeze.
Life’s melody, an unfinished symphony,
Time’s cruel hand, it brings us to our knees.

Blossoms bloom, then wither in the sun,
Promises of tomorrow, left undone.
Echoes of laughter, now forever gone,
In the silence, we search for what’s been won.

Hearts once full of boundless hope and fire,
Now whisper tales of loss and quiet despair.
The fleeting moments, passions that expire,
Leave us yearning, grasping at the air.

Yet in the sorrow, we find strength anew,
In memories, their spirit we renew.
Though young lives fade like morning’s dew,
Their legacy, forever bright and true.
