Chains of the Forgotten: A Cry for Freedom Across Time

Poetry Image

In fields of sorrow, where shadows weep,
The chains of history bind so deep.
Voices silenced, dreams torn apart,
In the stillness, a mournful heart.

The sun bears witness to toil and pain,
As hope flickers like a candle’s flame.
Yet in the darkness, a whisper grows,
A yearning for freedom that never slows.

Through the ages, the cries resound,
A testament to lives unbound.
In every heartbeat, a silent plea,
For justice, for dignity, for humanity.

Rise, awaken, and break the chains,
Let the light of justice reign.
In unity, we find our might,
To turn the darkness into light.
