A World Enshrouded in Shadows: The Veil of Prejudice and Bias

Poetry Image

In the silence of the whispering winds,
Lies a shadow cast by hearts confined,
Prejudice and bias, a veil that binds,
Truth obscured, and justice maligned.

Through eyes that see but do not understand,
We walk on paths of judgment’s hand,
A world divided, love dismissed,
Humanity’s essence, forever missed.

Voices rise, a cry in the night,
Seeking solace, yearning for light,
Yet the walls of bias remain so high,
Dreams broken, beneath a biased sky.

But hope endures within the heart’s embrace,
A future free from prejudice’s trace,
Hands united, breaking through the chains,
In love’s pure light, equality reigns.
