A Thousand Whispers in the Night: When Love Turns to Shadows

Poetry Image

In the silence of the moonlit night,
Echoes of our laughter fade away.
The stars are witness to the tears,
That fall like rain, unending, gray.

Once a symphony of vibrant dreams,
Now a melody of shattered glass.
Memories linger like haunting ghosts,
In the corridors of our past.

The warmth that once embraced my soul,
Now a distant, cold embrace.
Your voice a whisper in the wind,
Lost in time and empty space.

Yet in this heartbreak, I find my strength,
To rise and mend my broken wings.
For love, though gone, leaves traces bright,
In the dawn, a new hope sings.
