A Symphony of Love and Loss

Poetry Image

In twilight’s tender, fleeting glow,
Our hearts did dance, entwined as one,
Love’s melody, a sweet crescendo,
Beneath the moon, our song begun.

Yet shadows crept where light once played,
The harmony of hearts turned cold,
A symphony of tears displayed,
As love’s bright flame began to fold.

The echoes of our laughter fade,
In silent halls where memories rest,
The warmth of touch, a ghostly shade,
Of dreams we held within our chest.

Though time may heal, it leaves a scar,
A whispered note of joy and pain,
For love and loss, forever are,
Entwined within a sweet refrain.
