A Silent Storm: The Heart’s Unseen Battle with Depression and Anxiety

Poetry Image

In the shadows, whispers call my name,
A haunting echo in the silent night,
The weight of worlds upon my shoulders,
A dance of darkness, void of light.

Anxiety’s grip, a relentless tide,
Crashing waves upon my weary soul,
A mind that races, never to find rest,
A heart that yearns to be whole.

Through the fog of despair, I wander,
Lost in the labyrinth of my mind,
A silent scream, a hidden tear,
In the quiet, solace I seek to find.

Yet hope flickers, a distant star,
Guiding softly through the storm,
A promise of dawn beyond the night,
Where light and peace can take form.
