A Love Once Bloomed, Now Shattered

Poetry Image

In the garden of our dreams, a love once bloomed,
Petals soft and tender, hearts entwined,
Whispers of forever, promises consumed,
In the sweet embrace of time.

But seasons changed, and shadows grew,
The warmth of summer turned to frost,
Leaves of hope, in the winds they flew,
We held on tight, but love was lost.

The echoes of your laughter, a haunting sound,
Memories of joy, now tinged with pain,
In the silence, where once our hearts were found,
Only ghosts of what remained.

Yet in the darkness, a flicker of light,
A love that lived, even in its end,
For in the depths of sorrow, a strength takes flight,
And broken hearts begin to mend.
