A Heart’s Silent Shatter Beneath the Moon’s Cold Gaze

Poetry Image

In the quiet of the midnight hour,Where shadows whisper tales untold,My heart, once vibrant, now a flower,Wilting in the night’s cold hold. The stars above, indifferent and bright,Cast their gaze upon my pain,While tears fall soft in the silent night,Like gentle drops of autumn rain.Memories dance in the moon’s pale light,A haunting waltz of what once was,Each step echoes the endless fight,Against the loss, the silent cause.Yet as dawn breaks, with hues so stark,The heart begins its slow repair,For even in the deepest dark,Hope lingers, waiting to declare.
