The Solitary Song of Emily Dickinson’s Soul

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners of her room,
She penned the whispers of her heart,
A solitary soul in bloom,
Crafting verses, a world apart.

With nature as her only friend,
She found solace in the sky,
Words on paper, she would send,
To a world that passed her by.

Her thoughts were deep, her lines profound,
A recluse with a mind so vast,
In her silence, she was crowned,
With a legacy meant to last.

Though life outside she did not seek,
Through her poems, she spoke so clear,
Emily’s voice, though soft and meek,
Still echoes loud for all to hear.
