The Silent Tears That Speak Volumes

Poetry Image

In the quiet of the night, tears softly fall,
Unseen by the world, yet they tell all.
Stories of heartache, of pain and despair,
Emotions too heavy for one soul to bear.

Each drop a whisper, each sob a cry,
For the dreams that have faded, for the unanswered why.
The heart seeks solace in the darkness of the room,
Finding comfort in the silence, in the gentle, loving gloom.

Eyes swollen red, yet the world remains blind,
To the depths of sorrow that trouble the mind.
Each tear a release, a letting go of fears,
Washing away the burdens, easing the years.

Tomorrow may come with the dawn’s first light,
Bringing hope anew, dispelling the night.
But for now, let the tears flow, let them freely fall,
For in crying, there is healing, a balm for us all.
