The Echoes of Life and Death: A Journey of Love and Loss

Poetry Image

In the tender whisper of dawn’s first light,
I felt your presence, warm and bright.
Your laughter, like a melody sweet,
Made life’s journey complete.

Through fields of dreams and skies so blue,
Together, we faced all that life threw.
Your hand in mine, we walked the line,
Our hearts in perfect rhyme.

But shadows fell, as sunsets do,
And time, relentless, took you.
In the silence, I hear your call,
An echo that binds us all.

Now, in the twilight of my years,
I cherish all our shared tears.
For life and death are but a part,
Of the love that lives within my heart.
