The Silent Whisper of the Last Breath

Poetry Image

In shadows deep, where whispers cease,
A final breath, a soft release,
Life’s tethered thread begins to fray,
As twilight calls the end of day.

The stars above, they softly gleam,
A fleeting life, a fragile dream,
With every sigh, the echoes fade,
Into the night, where memories stayed.

The heart, once strong, now gently slows,
As time’s embrace in silence grows,
A whispered name, a fleeting tear,
The end is nigh, yet love is near.

In this stillness, peace is found,
A sacred hush, a quiet sound,
For in the end, we’re not alone,
In dying’s arms, we’re gently shown.
