When Worry Weighs the Heart

Poetry Image

Beneath the weight of countless fears,
The mind becomes a tangled maze,
What ifs and whispers fill the ears,
And shadows stretch across the days.

Each moment wrapped in anxious thought,
A heavy cloak that drags me down,
The peace I seek cannot be bought,
As worry wears a thorny crown.

Yet in the darkest hours of night,
A glimmer breaks the stifling gloom,
A beacon shining ever bright,
That hope can flourish, fears consume.

So let the worries drift away,
Like leaves upon a gentle stream,
Embrace the dawn of a new day,
Where life is lived, and dreams redeem.
