Beneath the towering trees they go,
A silent march, row by row,
Tiny feet on the forest floor,
They carry burdens, always more.
Through the grass and under stone,
Together they are never alone,
A single goal, a shared quest,
In unity, they give their best.
Day by day, in sun and rain,
They toil and labor, ignore the pain,
Building homes, providing care,
A world so small, yet so fair.
In the shadows, they find their way,
Night or day, they never sway,
Ants, the silent, steadfast crew,
With lessons for me and you.
