The Quiet Elegance of a French Farewell

Poetry Image

In the shadow of the Eiffel’s frame,
Where whispers of the past remain,
A soft goodbye, a silent claim,
To the fleeting life we cannot tame.

Beneath the Parisian moon’s soft light,
Where lovers’ dreams take flight,
A final breath, a soul’s last night,
Embraced by stars, serene and bright.

The Seine flows with gentle grace,
Reflecting memories’ tender trace,
As time stands still in this sacred place,
Where life and death share their embrace.

In the heart of France, so rich, so grand,
Lives intertwine with fleeting sand,
A poignant dance, a gentle hand,
Leads us to the quiet land.
