Shadows of Bias, Echoes of Prejudice

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners of the mind,
Where shadows of bias dwell,
Lies the echo of prejudice,
A tale we know too well.

Whispered words take silent root,
In hearts that once were free,
Preconceptions grow and spread,
Like whispers of a tree.

Eyes that see but do not know,
Judge by skin and name,
Failing to glimpse the soul within,
Lost in the bias game.

Let us break these silent chains,
And see with hearts anew,
For in the light of understanding,
Humanity shines true.
