Whispers of Woven Warmth: A Journey of Socks Through the Seasons

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners of a drawer they rest,
Woven threads of comfort, soft and blessed,
Guardians of warmth on winter’s coldest night,
Silent companions in the morning light.

Each pair a journey, a story to unfold,
In hues of gray, blue, and marigold,
They dance through days of sun and rain,
Embracing feet, easing pain.

Through fields of autumn leaves they tread,
Softly padding where angels fear to tread,
In springtime blooms, they lightly step,
A gentle hug with every crep.

Summer’s heat may bid them hide,
Yet in the heart, they still reside,
For when the chill returns once more,
They’ll be there, waiting, as before.
