Memories Whisper in the Streets of My Hometown

Poetry Image

In the heart where rivers gently flow,
The echoes of laughter softly glow.
Cobblestone paths beneath my feet,
Tell tales of times, both bitter and sweet.

The old oak tree still stands so tall,
Witness to seasons, every rise and fall.
Leaves rustle stories of days gone by,
As I gaze at the ever-changing sky.

The markets buzz with life and cheer,
Familiar faces year after year.
A tapestry of moments, woven with care,
In this beloved place, beyond compare.

As twilight drapes the town in gold,
The church bells ring, stories unfold.
In every corner, whispers of home,
In my hometown, I’ll always roam.
