Whispers in the Silence of Solitude

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners of my heart,Where echoes of laughter once danced,Now lies a silence deep and vast,A solitude that holds me fast. The shadows stretch across the walls,Whispering tales of yesteryears,In their embrace, my spirit calls,Yet no voice answers, just silent tears. The moonlight weaves through window panes,Painting dreams upon my soul,But in its glow, the loneliness remains,A quiet companion, making me whole.Yet in this solitude, I find my way,Through whispered thoughts and silent prayers,I learn to dance with shadows each day,Finding strength in the solitude I bear.
