Whispers Beneath the Silent Night Sky

Poetry Image

Beneath the silent night, shadows softly creep,
Where whispers linger, and secrets gently weep.
The moon casts a silver glow on ancient stones,
Echoing tales of lives once flesh and bones.

In gardens where the lilies bloom in mourn,
Their petals catch the dew of tears forlorn.
Time’s gentle hand erases none but fades,
Memories etched where light and shadow wade.

The winds carry songs of those who’ve gone,
Melodies of joy and pain woven as one.
Stars blink in rhythm to forgotten sighs,
Guiding lost souls to the eternal skies.

Yet in this elegy, hope dares to gleam,
A tender promise in every dream.
For love transcends the silent grave,
In hearts that cherish, in souls they save.
