Whispers of Unseen Fears

Poetry Image

In the silence of the night, shadows seep,
Whispering fears that never sleep.
A heart pounding in the quiet room,
Gripped by an unseen, looming gloom.

The mind spins tales, dark and vast,
Echoes of worries, shadows cast.
Each breath a struggle, tight and cold,
Anxiety’s grip, relentless and bold.

Searching for peace in a turbulent sea,
The waves of doubt crash over me.
A silent plea for calm and light,
Amidst the endless, restless night.

Yet dawn breaks with a gentle embrace,
Slowly, fear begins to erase.
Hope whispers softly, clear and bright,
Banishing shadows, welcoming light.
