Whispers of Doubt in the Shadowed Mind

Poetry Image

In the garden where roses bloom,
A shadow lingers, casting gloom.
Silent whispers weave through the air,
Jealousy’s tendrils everywhere.

The heart, once pure, now torn apart,
By envy’s grip, a poisoned dart.
Eyes that once saw vibrant hues,
Now clouded with a darker muse.

In quiet moments, longing sighs,
Beneath the stars, beneath the skies.
Dreams of what could never be,
Chained by the green-eyed jealousy.

Yet in the night, hope gently calls,
Breaking through the shadowed walls.
A heart can heal, a soul can mend,
When love and trust begin to blend.
