In the Gentle Act of Giving

Poetry Image

In the quiet of the morning light,
When shadows gently fade away,
A hand extended in silent might,
Turns the darkest night to day.

Within the heart where kindness blooms,
A simple deed can weave its spell,
Lifting souls from shadowed glooms,
In its warmth, all fears dispel.

Through the paths of life’s embrace,
Where burdens seem too much to bear,
A touch, a smile, a saving grace,
Can fill the soul with tender care.

In giving, we find our true release,
The ties that bind, the love that grows,
In every act, a piece of peace,
A gift that only kindness knows.
