Winter’s Whisper: Silent Shadows of Passing Time

Poetry Image

In the heart of winter’s chill,
Where the frost embraces night,
Silent whispers linger still,
In the dance of fading light.

Bare branches reach to skies,
Casting shadows on the ground,
Echoes of the past arise,
In the quiet, haunting sound.

Snowflakes fall like gentle tears,
On the earth so cold and bare,
Wrapping dreams of yesteryears,
In a shroud of icy air.

Amidst the silence, life retreats,
To the warmth of dreams anew,
Where the cycle of time repeats,
And the soul finds strength to renew.
