A World Paused: Reflections on the Pandemic’s Silent Echoes

Poetry Image

In the hush of halted streets,
Whispers of a world once known,
Silent echoes fill the air,
As time slows, we stand alone.

Faces masked, yet eyes reveal,
Stories of hope, fear, and grace,
Distance keeps our bodies apart,
But hearts find ways to embrace.

Nature breathes a quiet sigh,
Skies clear, waters run free,
In solitude, we find strength,
A shared humanity.

Though shadows may linger long,
The dawn brings a gentle light,
Together, we’ll rise anew,
Guided by the stars so bright.
