Whispers of Hunger: The Silent Cry of Malnutrition

Poetry Image

In shadows deep, where whispers tread,Silent cries of hunger spread.A fragile hope, in weary eyes,The story of life, in quiet sighs.Fields of gold that never feed,Dreams wither where they plead.Children’s laughter, now a plea,For the nourishment they cannot see.In hollow halls of echoing pain,Empty bowls and hearts remain.A melody of aching grace,Invisible scars we must embrace.Rise we must, to hear the call,To build a world where none shall fall. With hands united, hearts so pure,To end the silence and find the cure.
