The Endless Cycle of Homework: A Student’s Silent Reflection

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners of my room,
Papers scattered, a silent loom.
Numbers dance and words collide,
In this world where dreams reside.

Night wraps its cloak around my eyes,
Yet tasks still whisper hidden cries.
Pages turn with hopes anew,
In the solitude of midnight’s view.

Thoughts wander to distant skies,
Yet I’m tethered by this guise.
A quest for knowledge, a journey long,
In the realm where I belong.

Morning light breaks the spell,
A new day’s promise, a tale to tell.
Yet the cycle spins once more,
In the homework’s endless lore.
