Whispers of Trust Turned to Shadows: The Heart’s Silent Echo in the Wake of Friendship’s Fall

Poetry Image

In the garden where laughter once bloomed,
Echoes of promises softly loom,
Yet shadows now dance where light once lay,
A testament to what was swept away.

We walked on paths of dreams and light,
Shared secrets under the moon’s gentle sight,
But the winds of doubt crept in so sly,
Turning warm truths into chilling lies.

A heart once open now feels the weight,
Of whispered words that turned to fate,
The silent ache of trust betrayed,
In the solitude where memories fade.

Yet through the storm, a lesson learned,
Strength from the ashes of bridges burned,
Though friendship’s song may end in pain,
The soul rises, whole again.
