Embracing the Wrinkles with Laughter: A Humorous Journey Through Time

Poetry Image

In the mirror, I see a wise old face,
With lines that trace each fond embrace.
A map of years, not battles lost,
Aging’s humor, worth the cost.

The hair, it grows in curious spots,
A sign of wisdom, nature’s plots.
Spectacles now rest upon my nose,
Yet still, my spirit brightly glows.

The knees creak like an old wood floor,
Yet laughter echoes all the more.
For every ache and every pain,
There’s joy in dancing in the rain.

So here’s to life, this funny ride,
With grace and giggles side by side.
The years may add a gentle weight,
But humor keeps us feeling great.
