Whispers of Yesteryears

Poetry Image

In the quiet corners of my mind,
Linger shadows of days gone by,
Echoes of laughter, whispers of tears,
Memories woven, never to untie.

Golden afternoons of childhood glee,
Footsteps softly tread familiar ground,
Faces and places, vivid and clear,
A tapestry of moments, profound.

The scent of rain on summer streets,
The warmth of sun on winter chills,
Each memory a precious gem,
A treasure trove of heartfelt thrills.

Time may pass and seasons change,
Yet in my heart they’ll always stay,
The whispers of yesteryears,
Guiding me along life’s way.
